Susan spent her early years in Florida and Texas, relocating to Seattle during high school.  After graduation from the University of Washington School of Business she worked in public accounting for a few years before joining Microsoft, where she and her husband were fortunate to have the opportunity to spend two of those years working in Europe.  Susan and her husband Erik came to know Outdoors for All in 2003 while they were looking for skiing lessons for their first son, who was diagnosed with Asperger’s Syndrome.  After Gordon had skied with Outdoors for All for five years Susan joined our staff in late 2007.

Susan stays active in her local community through the Seattle Children’s Autism Center Guild and volunteers for her sons’ schools.  Susan is a Certified Public Accountant and owns Quick Fix Financial Solutions, a financial consulting firm for small business.  In past professional lives Susan has been a professional violinist/violist and still maintains her Personal Trainer certification.  In addition to working towards her Masters in Natural Health, she enjoys Zumba, Nia, hiking, playing music with her sons, and spending time in the beautiful San Juan Islands with friends and family.
