DACIA ROESSLER

When Dacia was just a baby, she began “skiing” at Crystal Mountain in her dads backpack. At age 3 she strapped on her own skis and spent every day that she could growing up on the slopes of Crystal Mountain, even during the summer and off-season months. With a great passion for skiing, she was fascinated by Outdoors for All, then known as Ski for All, when the program began at Crystal. How cool that there was an organization focusing on making sure that every person had the opportunity to share a love for this amazing sport!

Over the years she has volunteered for many causes with a variety of duties and finally decided to make it her career. After getting her foot in the door at a large national non-profit and gaining experience on the employee side of non-profit, Dacia was ready to move to a local grassroots organization and she knew that Outdoors for All was where she wanted to be.

Dacia is ecstatic to be a part of the Outdoors for All family and have her own two small children be a part of a very important and powerful mission.
